Apply Now for $2,000 Las Vegas Youth Community Grants

Las Vegas, NV — Aug. 18, 2025 — The City of Las Vegas has opened applications for its 2025–2026 Youth Neighborhood Association Partnership Program (YNAPP), offering grants of up to $2,000 for neighborhood-based, service-learning projects designed and led by local youth.

The program, which runs from Aug. 18 through Oct. 30, 2025, is open to youth ages 8–18 affiliated with neighborhood associations, schools, religious groups, or community organizations. Each project must take place within city limits and requires a match to the city’s grant through cash, volunteer hours, or donated goods and services.

Leadership and Community Impact

YNAPP projects aim to develop leadership and teamwork skills while enhancing neighborhoods. Past initiatives have included creating care packages, public art and mural projects, literacy programs, Little Free Libraries, services for the homeless, and community cleanups.

Applicants must present their proposals to the YNAPP board in December 2025. Funding recommendations will then be presented to the Las Vegas City Council in February 2026 for approval.

Workshops for Applicants

First-time applicants are strongly encouraged to attend a grant workshop:

  • In-person workshop: Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. at Las Vegas City Hall.
  • Virtual workshop: Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.

Those unable to attend can request a recording by emailing tmanor@lasvegasnevada.gov.
